Ceramic powders with a chemical formula of La4Ti3O12 were fabricated using the sol-gel method. Primrose-yellow homogeneously mixed sot and gel were prepared and transformed into a resin intermediate through charring. La4Ti3O12 powders were prepared by calcination of the resin intermediate, and single-phase ceramic samples were obtained by sintering. The crystal structure of the ceramic was determined by X-ray diffraction and its grain character was analyzed using a scanning electron microscope. La4Ti3O12 ceramic showed the following usable microwave dielectric characteristics: epsilon(r)=19.68, Q(f)=9950 GHz, and tau(f)=-9.95 ppm/C.
