Through innovation, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are constantly
evolving and changing industries and paradigms, necessitating a fast paced and integrated
transformation of organizations to sustain competitiveness. Existing frameworks and models
exist but do not appropriately link technical, innovation and organizational implementation.
This paper reviews existing literature on managing change of ICT, innovation processes and
related fields and combines findings into one unified conceptual framework that visualizes
the process of implementing change of ICT process successfully within organizations.
